Today i finished my sketch from last week. I just went over the sketch with a fine point sharpie and made the shading darker. It took me about 30 minutes. I was going to start drawing something else but i couldn't think of anything so i did this.

Today i worked finished a new drawing. It was nothing special just kind of a quick sketch. First i draw it out with pencil then went over it with ultra fine point Sharpie. It took me about 45 minutes to complete. The picture is of a Reaper or grim reaper or something sitting down holding a scythe.

Last week i continued working on the skull drawing and also started a new charcoal drawing. I didn't work on either of them over Thanksgiving break. I'm going at such a slow pace with my drawings that i wont have many to present at the end of the semester unless i start working on them at home as well as at school. I plan to have at least 5 Drawings for the Final presentation and plenty of pictures of my work.

Today i decided to do a painting or series of paintings for my 20% project. At the end of the quarter i will bring a picture of these paintings in to show the class. I worked on a drawing i have recently been working on in class. I was doing it because i have been practicing drawing people because people are the hardest things to draw because if you dont make the features of their faces in the right spot and the right size and with the right amount of shading it will look weird and unnatural. For my paintings i will probably do atleast one person and one landscape. The landscape may either be a winter or autumn landscape. it will probably be a forest or something. If i do a third painting it might be an animal but i will probably end up doing a couple of people and one landscape.

Today i did some more brain storming on what i'm going to do for my 20% project. I still haven't come up with anything but i'll have something to do by next friday. I might end up doing a service project because i haven't come up with anything yet. I was possibly going to make an acoustic guitar but that requires money and lots of time and work and tools. I could do something video game related or music related. I could write a story. I could do a book report. I’m not really sure though. 

Today i did research on what i should do for my project. I did a lot of research on how to build guitars. i might do that as my project. I learned that to properly build one you need lots of tools and supplies that might cost a bit of money but i am still thinking about it. You need to plan out the design and shape and size for the guitar before anything and after that you do the fret board.

Today we looked up basic tips for baking and tips for frosting. We also came up with cupcake ideas like Mint chocolate chip, oreo blast, red velvet etc.. We also put together a set of basic ingredients you will need to make cupcakes. You will need Flour, eggs, butter, baking soda, maybe salt or milk, and vegetable oil. We expect to start working on actually making the cupcakes by next weekend.
